'MutedSphere' was born from an aspiration: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, we began as a quaint, family-managed shop, embracing recipes that have traversed generations.
The visionary behind our establishment, our founder Marco Rossi, mastered her pizza craft during her Italian escapades, particularly in Naples - the homeland of pizza. Upon her UK return, her goal was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, committed to classic techniques and first-rate ingredients.
Originating as a cozy 12-seat eatery, we have evolved into a cherished community fixture. Nonetheless, our dedication to superb craftsmanship and authenticity endures. We persist in employing age-old wood-fire oven traditions, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and seeking the most exceptional produce available.
Still, family-operated, 'MutedSphere' now sees the Rossi brood's second generation at the helm. While modernity has been meshed into our business, our foundational promise stays intact: to serve delectable pizza that unites our customers.
